Bill Ballard has been licensed to sell Commercial and Residential Real Estate since 1979. He has a degree from Spring Arbor University in Social Psychology, Bible, and Speech. He has also done post-graduate work at Michigan State University in Counseling.

Prior to his real estate career, he spent 10 years in ministry and served 5 years as a police chaplain for the City of Waterford and other departments in Oakland County. Two years in a row, he received an Outstanding Award from the Waterford Police Department. Bill Ballard also was a lobbyist in Lansing, Michigan, and was instrumental in helping start Gleaners Community Food Bank.

Mr. Ballard is currently an active Board member of Oakland Hope, an Oakland County Community Food Bank that is a non-profit, volunteer-driven human service organization that will partner with other agencies to become Oakland County's first one-stop-shop human service agency. It will provide a wide range of services and resources for the under-employed and working poor of Oakland County from a single location. Bill is proud to support Oakland Hope's presentation of "Humor for Hunger" on October 22, 2016, at the Grace Chapel in Waterford, Michigan.
